Anyone, including Hyundai AutoEver employees as well as stakeholders such as business partners and customers, is encouraged to report any unfair trade practices or unethical conduct identified in the course of business transactions or work activities to the Unfair Trade Reporting Center.
All information regarding the identity of the reporter and the details of the report will be kept strictly confidential. Any form of disadvantage or retaliation against a reporter is strictly prohibited. If a reporter experiences any disadvantage in connection with the report, they may request protective measures, including protection of identity, from the Chief Compliance Officer or the CP dedicated department.

Violations of fair trade laws and regulations, including bid rigging, unfair discrimination, improper requests for technical data, unfair support practices, non-payment of due payments, and failure to issue required written agreements.

Violations of other applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Promotion of Mutual Cooperation between Large Enterprises and SMEs, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.
