Reports concerning suspected violations of applicable laws
and regulations, including the Fair Trade Act,
the Subcontracting Act, and the Dispatch Workers Act,
may also be submitted through
the Cyber Audit Office’s “Compliance Violation Reporting” channel

Reports received through the Cyber Audit Office are reviewed by the Chief Compliance Officer and the CP dedicated department, and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the relevant procedures in a fair and timely manner.

Reports may be submitted either anonymously or under the reporter’s name, and all information regarding the reporter’s identity and the details of the report is strictly protected through the system.

Any form of disadvantage or retaliation against a reporter is strictly prohibited. If a reporter experiences any disadvantage in connection with the report, they may request appropriate protective measures, including protection of identity, from the Chief Compliance Officer or the CP dedicated department.
