Hyundai AutoEver Opens ‘InnoX Studio’ for CX Innovation

Hyundai AutoEver (CEO Kim Yun-goo) recently celebrated the grand opening of ‘InnoX Studio.’
InnoX Studio is a dedicated space designed to design and validate customer experiences (CX) while identifying new business opportunities. As CX becomes a core value of products and services, its strategic importance continues to grow.
The studio is divided into three specialized zones: Digital Exhibition, Feedback, and Workshop. Digital Exhibition: Clients can experience Hyundai AutoEver’s cutting-edge mobility technologies firsthand. Feedback: The company works with clients to validate the utility of technologies and review their business value. Workshop: Hyundai AutoEver and its clients define existing challenges and collaborate on projects to generate innovative business ideas.
Through the entire digital innovation process—from problem discovery and ideation to validation and business planning—clients gain valuable business insights.
The studio is operated by the Digital eXperience (DX) Center, a newly established organization launched earlier this year. The DX Center focuses on innovating customer value through digital technology, enhancing the competitiveness of Hyundai AutoEver’s IT services, and leading customer transformation. Leveraging InnoX Studio, Hyundai AutoEver plans to strengthen new business creation, plan customized services, and advance DX consulting based on hands-on solution experiences.
