Hyundai AutoEver Achieves Top Win-Win Growth Rating for 2nd Year
Hyundai AutoEver (CEO Kim Yun-goo) has achieved the highest rating of “Best” in the 2024 Win-Win Growth Index for the second year in a row.
The Win-Win Growth Index is a quantitative measure used to evaluate the level of mutual growth between large corporations and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). Since 2011, the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership (KCCP) has announced these results annually to promote a sustainable business ecosystem.
The index categorizes companies into five ratings: Best, Good, Fair, Normal, and Insufficient. The final grade is determined by combining the KCCP’s comprehensive evaluation with the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s (KFTC) assessment of fair trade agreement compliance. Key evaluation criteria include transactional relations, cooperative relations, contract fairness, and support for mutual growth.
A total of 236 companies were evaluated in 2024, with only 40, including Hyundai AutoEver, receiving the "Best" rating. Since first being included in the index in 2014, Hyundai AutoEver earned the top rating in 2021 and 2023. This year’s achievement marks the company's first-ever back-to-back "Best" rating, solidifying its position as a leader in corporate social responsibility.
Hyundai AutoEver continues to invest in the sustainable growth of its partners. Participating in the KCCP’s "Supplier ESG Support Project" for five consecutive years since 2021, the company has helped SME partners internalize ESG management. Last year, it developed customized ESG guidelines and evaluation indicators for IT companies and provided 23 partners with specialized support, including ESG training, capability diagnosis, and expert consulting. As a result, 87% of the participating partners were recognized as "Outstanding ESG Companies" by the KCCP.
In addition, Hyundai AutoEver operates various win-win programs, such as: △Customized mutual growth initiatives tailored to partner needs. △Early and 100% cash-based payments for subcontracting deliverables. △100% adoption of standard subcontracting agreements to ensure transparency.
Notably, the company has expanded its "Supply Chain ESG Management" efforts this year to establish a sustainable trading environment and proactively respond to strengthening global ESG regulations.
"We will continue to build a healthy business ecosystem where we can grow together with our partners," said Lee Se-hee, Senior Vice President and Head of the Corporate Support Division at Hyundai AutoEver.
