Hyundai AutoEver (CEO Kim Yun-goo) held the ‘2025 Hyundai AutoEver Partners’ Day’ on the 28th.

The event was attended by approximately 200 participants, including representatives from 72 suppliers that have entered into mutual growth agreements with Hyundai AutoEver, as well as company officials. Since its inception in 2018, Partners’ Day has served as a platform for Hyundai AutoEver to share its strategic direction for win-win management and cooperation with its partners.

During this year’s ceremony, Hyundai AutoEver presented awards and prize money to three suppliers—MASCO, SOFTZION, and WEAVER SYSTEMS—in recognition of their active participation in the company’s various mutual growth initiatives. The program also featured a special lecture titled “The Future of the AI Era through the Lens of a Neuroscientist,” offering insights into the evolving AI landscape. The event concluded with a networking session designed to strengthen partnerships among attendees.

Hyundai AutoEver operates various partnership programs to ensure the sustainable growth of its suppliers. These include customized management consulting for each partner and support for recruitment and employee training. Furthermore, the company maintains a 100% cash-equivalent payment rate for subcontracting deliverables to support the stable business operations of its partners.

Now in its fifth year, Hyundai AutoEver also participates in the "Supplier ESG Support Project" organized by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership (KCCP). Through this initiative, the company focuses on enhancing the ESG management capabilities of its suppliers. According to the KCCP, the ESG compliance rate of the 89 suppliers supported by Hyundai AutoEver over the past four years has risen by 43.9 percentage points, from an average of 44.0% to 87.9%.

In recognition of these efforts, Hyundai AutoEver received the highest rating of “Best” in the Win-Win Growth Index evaluation announced by the KCCP last year.

"Based on the foundation of trust we have built with our partners, we will continue to practice win-win management to ensure we grow together," said Lee Se-hee, Senior Vice President and Head of the Corporate Support Division at Hyundai AutoEver.
