1. MES Specialist

Purpose of Position

Responsible of MES System, configure required changes on system derived from changes to the process / Daily support and help for users of the MES. Working closely with our customers to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance MES functionality.

Job Description

1. Development and maintenance of MES application using #C, .net framework with SQL

2. Responsible for Process Automation and Control of MES that support production and Quality control operations

3. Ensure process automation and control system solutions meet all safety, quality, and reliability operations of MES

4. Collaborates with other departments like (Maintenance, production, Quality) to support automation integration into MES plant floor

5. Ensures Process Automation and MES system software and hardware at appropriate revision Levels

6. Responsible for software change management and version control of production instance of process automation system

7. Maintains site-specific systems and solution documentation

8. Owns process control systems disaster recovery planning, ensuring that business continuity plans are in place

9. Facilitates productive working relationships with process control integrators and other key automation vendors

Job Requirements

Education

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering or related major

2. Advance English level

Work Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field

Skill and Knowledge

1. Customer orientation

2. Software : Java, JSP, Spring Boot, C#

3. Database/OS: Linus Application Server, ORACLE, TIBERO

4. Whole knowledge of MES

5. Experience working automobile factory or Production system

6. Knowledge of Device Interface programming c#.net handled implementation (Printer, Scanner, Camera)

7. Knowledge of Device Interface programming through c#,.net handled implementation is Preferred (option)

8. Understanding of PLC.SCADA (Option)

9. CI/CD, Docker, Kubernates (Option)

Certifications
