Hyundai AutoEver (CEO Kim Yun-goo) recently held a 'CP Leader Pledge Ceremony.' CP stands for Compliance Program, a self-regulatory compliance system operated by a company to adhere to fair trade-related laws and regulations. It includes internal monitoring systems for compliance management and training programs for executives and employees.

This year's event, the second one following last year, was attended by about 20 executives, including Hyundai AutoEver's CEO and other senior officers. The executives listened to a presentation on compliance management and CP trends from Sim Min-jung, Executive Director and Head of the Legal Affairs Office, and then signed a pledge to practice self-compliance with fair trade laws.

At the ceremony, Hyundai AutoEver's CP slogan, "Fair HAE! Compliant HAE! Together HAE!" was unveiled. The slogan combines the key keywords of CP—'Fairness' and 'Compliance'—with 'HAE,' the English acronym for Hyundai AutoEver's name. This slogan was selected through an internal contest held for all employees of Hyundai AutoEver.

Hyundai AutoEver is carrying out various activities to establish a culture of compliance within the company. Activities such as the $\triangle$ Fair Trade Self-Compliance Practice Campaign, $\triangle$ CP Quiz Contest, $\triangle$ CP Webtoon Production, and $\triangle$ Job-Specific Specialized Training are fostering an environment where employees can understand the culture of compliance. In May, the company announced a declaration of commitment to fair trade in the name of the CEO.

Kim Yun-goo, CEO of Hyundai AutoEver, emphasized, "It is crucial to uphold principles to become a customer-centric global best software company," adding, "Our management team will lead by example to establish a self-compliance culture for fair trade."
